- Meet with design principal Steve Oke for a free half hour consultation, on site or over phone. I’m always happy to talk – if you’re ready to go now, or not just yet.
- We provide you with a service proposal, including deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price with staged payments
Stage 1 – Concept Design
- on site survey and detailed site assessment
- obtain all relevant planning, subdivision and other information
- we produce a concept design for your consideration, including site analysis, site plan, floor plan(s), elevations, 3D views, construction and materials notes
- we meet with you and make changes to the concept design as required
Stage 2 – Town Planning
- once the design concept is finalised, we produce drawings for planning permit application
- we apply for the planning permit on your behalf (if required)
Stage 3 – Construction Documentation
- we meet again to discuss the detailed design, including construction methods, materials, site issues, fixtures and fitouts, sustainable technologies to be incorporated, specific needs, and everything else that is needed to finalise the design
- we produce full construction drawings for building permit application and for builders’ tenders
- we organise all external consultants such as soil testing, Land Capability Assessor, structural engineer and energy rater (if required)
- we apply for the building permit on your behalf (if required)
Most importantly, we are with you throughout the process to listen, inform, guide and problem solve from start to finish.
